INCUBATE: Journey Programs

INCUBATE  is a specialist “journey” program that aims at fast-tracking business results and instilling long-terms skills through a continual reinforcement and engagement process.

The program  is structured through a continual engagement model, infused with workshops (classroom, outdoors, online), assignments, assessments, stage-wise reviews, participant feedback and coverage of key modules as per business needs.

An overview of the INCUBATE model is presented below. This outlines the typical journey a participant goes through in this program, right from the pre-assessment and context setting, to eventual empowerment and certification upon completion of the program.

Program Duration

  • Incubate: Journey > 90 day program per participant
  • Incubate: Fast track > 45-60 days per participant
